Also, he invited fellow Cass County Commissioners to attend <br />some of the events of the National Association of Counties Executive <br />Board meeting on December 5-Tth in Fargo, and he thanked County <br />Coordinator Bonnie Johnson for arranging the details for these events. <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson said the E-91t/joint dispatch committee is meeting <br />tomorrow to review the draft request for proposals for hiring a <br />consultant. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />NEWSPAPER ARTICLE FROM "THE FORUM", Jail levy disagreement <br /> MOTION, p~ssed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded that the <br /> Commission minutes of this meeting reflect that the Cass <br /> County Commission has not officially gone on record <br /> concerning future funding proposals on a new ~ail facility, <br /> contrary to Sunday's news story in The Forum headlined <br /> "Cass board eyes levy proposal to build new jail."
