Comm. Minutes Special Meeting--September 30, 1991 754 MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to send a letter to the four Water Resource District boards in Cass County asking them to pursue in the next legislative session full cooperation with the Cass County Commission in going from four boards to one board. Motion carried. MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the levy for Garrison Diversion. Motion carried on roll call vote with three members voting "Aye", Mr. Shannon and Mrs. Toussaint opposing. MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to adopt the 1992 Cass County budget and set the mill levy at 60 mills as projected by the County Auditor and reviewed by the County Commission. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. COUNTY COURT ORDER, Appointment of magistrates MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve a County Court Order dated September 30th appointing Jack Dietz and Janice Benson-Johnson as Judicial Magistrate for Cass County Court on October 4, 1991. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. HUMAN RESOURCES, Out of state travel approved MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve out of state travel for Renata Gehrke to attend the American Payroll Association seminar, "Preparing for Year-End and 1992" in Bloomington, MN on October 21, 1991, at a total cost of $475.00; said travel being reviewed by Charlotte Sandvik and with consensus of the Human Resources Overview Committee. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mr. Wieland, seconded by Mrs. Toussaint, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned about 4:30 PM.
