"-\1 <br /> <br />':'1 <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 17,2005 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Directors, County Social Service Boards <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Arlene Dura, Director, Food Stamp Program <br />Brenda Weisz, CFO, Fiscal Administration <br />Marcie Wuitschick, HR Manager, Human Resources <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Disbursement of Food Stamp Program Performance Bonus Monies <br /> <br />This memorandum will provide you with specific instructions regarding the disbursement <br />of the Food Stamp Program Performance Bonus Monies received for federal fiscal year <br />2004. <br /> <br />In the mail you will find "Certificates of Excellence" signed by Carol Olson, Executive <br />Director, for presentation to your staff. You will also find a remittance advice and listing <br />of individuals from your office who are eligible for the bonus. <br /> <br />StatT are eligible if they were employed in an eligibility related function at any county <br />social service office or the Department at any time during Federal Fiscal Year 2004 <br />(October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004), and are currently employed at any county <br />social service office or in the Department. This determination was based on a listing <br />supplied by your office and a review of the listing from Human Resources of current <br />employees working in Economic Assistance Programs. <br /> <br />The entire Food Stamp performance bonus ($213,251.00) received by the Department is <br />being disbursed equally among all individuals eligible to receive it. Based on the <br />Department's authority to direct and supervise county administration of the Food Stamp <br />Program (NDCC 50-06-05.1 (17), the bonus monies must be disbursed to each individual <br />on the list by December 1,2005.
