Minutes Special Meeting--September 11, 1991 740 <br /> <br />CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT <br />Interim Child Support Director Adair Boening said she anticipates <br />hiring a full-time investigator and two part-time legal secretaries <br />thus there is an increase in the Full-Time and Part-Time Salaries line <br />items. <br /> <br />Mr. Wie]and asked about the increase under Office Equipment and Ms. <br />Boening said it is to purchase file cabinets and filing system, plus <br />equipment for the full-time investigator. The Office Equipment line <br />item was reduced from $22,000 to $20,000. Mr. Wieland asked that Ms. <br />Boening receive approval from the Commission before purchasing the <br />filing system. <br /> <br />SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS <br />Superintendent of Schools Bruce Hoefs explained the increase under <br />Computer/Software is for copying forms from the Fargo School District <br />on software for use by his office. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland asked about sharing The Forum subscription the Auditor's <br />Office receives and Mr. Hoefs did not have any problem canceling his <br />subscription to The Forum.
