Minutes--September 4, 1991 734 <br /> <br />Next meeting of the East Central Commissioners Association is <br />scheduled for Monday, September 9th, at Grand Forks at the Westward <br />Ho at 10:00 AH. <br /> <br />Budget meetings are scheduled for September 10th and 11th at 3:30 PM <br />in the Commission Room. <br /> <br />Mr. Eckert reported that the 10-mill road advisory committee met <br />yesterday at the Road Department. <br /> <br />22. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive <br />and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as <br />follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />information from North Dakota Department of Transportation on <br />County Road Advisors' Workshop being held October 23rd and 24th <br />in Rapid City; <br /> <br />memo from County Coordinator on applications for a $5,000 <br />computer grant and a $25,000 grant for restructuring and <br />consolidation of county government services; <br /> <br />copy of letter to Data Processing Manager from Sheriff's Office <br />expressing satisfaction with the voice mail system the county <br />has been using; <br /> <br />information from Glenn Ellingsberg on the Emergency Management <br />fall conference being held in Fargo September 19th and 20th; <br /> <br />copy of letter from States Attorney to Assistant Attorney <br />General regarding Burlington Northern Railroad Company v. State <br />of North Dakota; <br /> <br />notice of additional office manager, Sherri Duggan, beginning <br />September 3rd for Professional Building Services, Inc.; <br /> <br />application form for FY 1992 Community Development Block Grant <br />program provided by Lake Agassiz Regional Council. <br /> <br />23.
