<br />Comm. <br /> <br />Minutes--September 4, 1991 <br /> <br />726 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 1991 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with the <br />following members present: Alan Wieland, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, <br />Steve Risher, Don Eckert and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Risher seconded that the minutes <br />of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br />order of the agenda, placing approval of bills after the <br />State audit report in order that checks can be sent in <br />today's mail. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. ROAD AND STREET REPAIR ANNUAL DISBURSEMENTS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />disbursement of the following 1991 road and street repair <br />funds: Ci ty of Kindred--$l, 094.00; City of Harwood-- <br />$1,337.00; and City of Grandin--$697. 00. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />5. SOCIAL SERVICES, DATA PROCESSING, STATES ATTORNEY, Out of state travel <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />out of state travel for Jerry Skjonsby, Social Services <br />Accountant, to attend the United Council on Welfare Fraud <br />Annual Training Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, <br />September 14-20, 1991. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />out of state travel for Mike Steiner to attend the AT&T <br />Maintenance Options Seminar in Minneapolis, Minnesota, <br />September 18-19, 1991. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />out of state travel for Roxane Friese and Delrae Korczak to <br />attend the 1991 AS/400 Technical Conference in San Diego, <br />California, October 5-10, 1991. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br />out of state travel for Elisabeth Schiltz, Cass County <br />Welfare Fraud Investigator, to attend the United Council on <br />
