<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, ~ttcL !1~f.~~ , has audited <br />and the departments have approved he folloWl g clalms agalnst the <br />County of Cass, and have certified that such claims are properly <br />payable by the said County, and that the said County Auditor has <br />verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of <br />the County of Cass, North Dakota, that the fOllowing bills and <br />claims be and thereby are, ordered paid out of the following funds: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby <br />is authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims <br />from the respective funds as herein indicated, and that the County <br />Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute and deliver <br />such warrants. <br /> <br />The above andiforegoing resolution was offere9 at <br />meeting of the County Commissioners hel on the ~ <br />~~ , by Commissioner , <br />its ~doption, was seconded by Commissioner . <br />and adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: if <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />a regular <br />day of <br />who moved <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />~ .'~/)~ . <br />~ ,F/i hk1 <br />County Auditor <br />
