Minutes--July 1, 1991 705 <br /> <br />CDBG Information Letters, dated June 28, 1991, regarding new <br />Economic Development and Finance Department and regarding HUD <br />requirement to distribute CDBG funds in a timely manner; <br /> <br />letter from Cass County Historical Society requesting building <br />permi ts for communication building and agriculture equipment <br />building at Bonanzaville. <br /> <br />23. PUBLIC COMMENT, Historical Society <br />Mr. James Landblom addressed the Commission at this time to say the <br />Cass County Historical Society has been putting a lot of antique <br />equipment into good operating condition which was standing in the <br />elements and deteriorating. He asked for the Commission's cooperation <br />on building permits to advance projects as they see a need. He said <br />the Historical Society was offered some wood-working equipment but had <br />to turn it down because they don't have a place to put it. <br /> <br />24.
