On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. UTILITY PERMIT, Inter-Community Telephone Company MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve a utility permit for Inter-Community Telephone Company of Nome, ND, to bury cable east of Buffalo along County Road 10 for approximately 7 miles to the Autovon switch building. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 10.
