COUNTY COURT ORDER, Jack Dietz appointed Judicial Magistrate <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br />appointment of Jack Dietz as Judicial Magistrate for Cass <br />County Court for the period of June 10-14, 1991, according <br />to an Order executed by District Judge Norman Backes and <br />County Judge Frank Racek. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />21. PLAQUE FOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE, Former States Attorney Rob~rt Hoy <br />to receive plaque <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that former <br />States Attorney Robert Hoy be given a plaque for <br />distinguished service to Cass County, as has been customary <br />for department heads retiring from the county's employment <br />after a number of years of service. Mr. Risher said the <br />plaque could be purchased from Human Resource Department <br />funds. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />COUNTY COORDINATOR, Six-month review <br />Mr. Shannon sent a memo to each Commissioner about a <br />County Coordinator Bonnie Johnson concerning the projects <br />working on for the first six months of her contract. <br />asked each Commissioner to meet with Mrs. Johnson prior <br />and provide written comments to him about direction on <br />months of Mrs. Johnson's contract. <br /> <br />report from <br />she has been <br />Mr. Shannon <br />to June 12th <br />the last si=.~ <br /> <br />23.
