NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES, Executive board meetin~ in Far~o <br />Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, said she recently met with Kaye <br />Braaten, Richland County Commissioner and President-elect of the <br />National Association of Counties, about holding a national meeting of <br />the executive board in Fargo on December 5-7, 1991. Mrs. Johnson <br />plans to contact some local community sponsors for fund-raising. <br /> <br />29. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br />file correspondence read by the secretary as follows: <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />notice from NDACo of Waste-To-Energy conference in Fargo on <br />June 11 and 12, 1991; <br /> <br />notice of regional public information meetings being held by the <br />State Tax Commissioner's office May 14-17 (meeting in Fargo is <br />scheduled for 9:00 AM, May 16th, Juvenile Justice Center); <br /> <br />two letters from the North Dakota Department of Transportation <br />dated April 26, 1991, regarding posting bridge weight limits and <br />priority alert structures requiring attention (referred to <br />County Road Engineer); <br /> <br />comments received from Auditor prior to end of 15 day posting <br />period on policy change regarding travel and expense <br />reimbursement policy; <br /> <br />letter from Robert G. Hoy of Ohnstad Twichell law firm regarding <br />Richard Stingl litigation; <br /> <br />letter from Heather M.
