Minutes--December 18, 1990 590 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT/RECESS <br />Hearing no comments from the public and on motion by Mr. Wieland, the <br />Chairman declared the meeting recessed until 2:00 PM. <br /> <br />RECONVENE <br />The meeting reconvened at 2:10 PM to again consider <br />defender contract and Fargo Community Health contract. <br />were present, Commissioner Toussaint being absent. <br /> <br /> the public <br />Four members <br /> <br />PUBLIC DEFENDER CONTRACTS, Awarded to K. Trader and M. Beauchene <br />Mr. Eckert said he had an opportunity to talk with the county judges, <br />and he concurs with their decision on the public defender contracts <br />for 1991. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve 1991 <br /> public defender contracts with Keith Trader and Mark <br /> Beauchene, as recommended by county court judges. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FARGO COMMUNITY HEALTH, Contract approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> service contract with Fargo Community Health Center for the <br /> calendar year 1991 in accordance with budget provisions, <br /> and as recommended for approval by the States Attorney.
