Hinutes--December 4, 1990 571 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />DECEMBER 4, 1990 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Oscar Sondra]], A]on Wie]and, Sharon "Pepper" <br />Toussaint, Don Eckert and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> minutes of the coordinated management system/strategic <br /> planning meeting of November 7, 1990, and the last regular <br /> meeting of November 20, 1990, be approved as written. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES, Jack Dietz and Michael Lochq~ appointed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Hrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve <br /> appointments of Jack Dietz and Michael Lochow as Judicial <br /> Magistrates November 19 and 20, as requested by Cass County <br /> Court. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />UTILITY PERMIT, Granted to Cass County Electric MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant a <br /> utility permit to Cass County Electric to replace existing <br /> underground cable on County Road 81, Section 4-140-49. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out of state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve <br /> out of state travel for Jerry Skjonsby, Social Services <br /> Accountant, to Pierre, SD on December 4-5, 1990. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />TAX DEEDS, Property sold at annual tax sale MOTZON, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize <br /> the Chairman and Auditor to sign County Deeds for property <br /> sold at annual tax sale held November 20, 1990, and cancel <br /> 1990 general taxes in the amount of $475.96. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDED, Casselton court cases/Gethsemane property <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Nfs. Toussaint seconded to amend the <br /> agenda to include an agreement for disposition of fees on <br /> municipal transfer cases with Casselton and consideration <br /> of purchase of Gethsemane Cathedral property east of the <br /> Courthouse.
