On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to allow a contract for deed to Steven J. and Cindy L. Erickson for property described as the west 2' of Lot 13, all of Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 4, Original, City of Page, for a down payment of 25% cash on the total contract price and the remainder shall be payable in 18 equal monthly installments at an interest rate of 10%. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. CLEANING CONTRACT, Committee appointed to review bids MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to appoint a committee consisting of Commissioners Sondrall, Shannon, and Toussaint; employees Brad Cogdill, Mike Montplaisir, Mary Denis, and Carol Harrington to review cleaning contract bids. Motion carried. 26. ROAD MAINTENANCE, Committee report Commissioner Eckert said a Cass County citizen said there is a problem with maintenance of a gravel road, County Road 6. Mr. Eckert received a print-out of how many times it has been maintained in the past several months, and he believes it has been properly maintained. 27. IACP REPORT, Discussion with sheriff Sheriff Don Rudnick asked for a discussion on the IACP report. He thinks there are some errors in the report and said a rough draft should have been provided before the final report was published. Mr. Shannon said the contract did not specify that a rough draft would be provided before the final report was completed. He said the Sheriff should list his concerns regarding the IACP report, and present them to Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator. 28. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file correspondence as outlined by the secretary as follows: letter from North Dakota Department of Veteran's Affairs about a recent Veteran's Service Officer training conference held in Fargo; Bonanzaville blue ribbon panel report; review and comments by Scott Kildahl, Model Project Coordinator, on Bonanzaville blue ribbon panel report; letter from Model Project Coordinator to Personnel Director regarding upcoming strategic planning, management training sessions; vacation schedule for Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator; appreciation from Glenn Ellingsberg for a birthday card from the Commission; revisions to North Dakota Community Development Block Grant administrative manual; review of fiscal audit of Community Survival Program by North Dakota Department of Human Services; notice of Cass County Township Officers Association meeting at 7:30 p.m. November 13th
