Erickson for property <br />described as the west 2' of Lot 13, all of Lots 14, 15 and 16, <br />Block 4, Original, City of Page, for a down payment of 25% cash <br />on the total contract price and the remainder shall be payable <br />in 18 equal monthly installments at an interest rate of 10%. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CLEANING CONTRACT, Committee appointed to review bids MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to appoint a <br /> committee consisting of Commissioners Sondrall, Shannon, <br /> and Toussaint; employees Brad Cogdill, Mike Montplaisir, <br /> Mary Denis, and Carol Harrington to review cleaning <br /> contract bids. Motion carried. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />ROAD MAINTENANCE, Committee report <br />Commissioner Eckert said a Cass County citizen said there is a problem <br />with maintenance of a gravel road, County Road 6. Mr. Eckert received <br />a print-out of how many times it has been maintained in the past <br />several months, and he believes it has been properly maintained. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />IACP REPORT, Discussion with sheriff <br />Sheriff Don Rudnick asked for a discussion on the IACP report. He <br />thinks there are some errors in the report and said a rough draft <br />should have been provided before the final report was published. <br /> <br />Mr. Shannon said the contract did not specify that a rough draft would <br />be provided before the final report was completed. He said the <br />Sheriff should list his concerns regarding the IACP report, and <br />present them to Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence as outlined by the secretary as follows: letter <br /> from North Dakota Department of Veteran's Affairs about a recent <br /> Veteran's Service Officer training conference held in Fargo; <br /> Bonanzaville blue ribbon panel report; review and comments by <br /> Scott Kildahl, Model Project Coordinator, on Bonanzaville blue <br /> ribbon panel report; letter from Model Project Coordinator to <br /> Personnel Director regarding upcoming strategic planning, <br /> management training sessions; vacation schedule for Bonnie <br /> Johnson, County Coordinator; appreciation from Glenn <br /> Ellingsberg for a birthday card from the Commission; revisions <br /> to North Dakota Community Development Block Grant administrative <br /> manual; review of fiscal audit of Community Survival Program by <br /> North Dakota Department of Human Services; notice of Cass County <br /> Township Officers Association meeting at 7:30 p.m. November 13th <br /> <br /> <br />
