Comm, Minutes--September 18, 1990 523 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 18, 1990 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Don Eckert, Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the minutes <br /> of the previous meeting of September 4, 1990, be approved <br /> as written. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />RAFFLE PERMIT, Four Corners Wildlife Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve a <br /> raffle permit for Four Corners Wildlife Club November 26, <br /> 1990· On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />BINGO PERMIT, Ch~ffee Summer Recreation MOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve a <br /> bingo permit for Chaffee Summer Recreation on September 29, <br /> October 13 and October 27, 1990. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Approved for DuWayne Nitschke & Caroline BerR <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> the County Auditor to issue duplicate payroll check in the <br /> amount of $189.78 for DuWayne Nitschke and cancel warrant <br /> ~14297; and to authorize the County Auditor to issue <br /> duplicate check in the amount of $68.00 for Caroline Berg <br /> and cancel warrant ~15425. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously· <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out of state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> out of state travel to Springfield, Missouri on September <br /> 25-27 for Deputy Sheriff Tony Krogh, Lieutenant Arland <br /> Rasmussen, Sheriff Don Rudnick and one other officer· On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />UTILITY PERMIT, Granted to Cass County Electric MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to grant a <br /> utility permit to Cass County Electric to cross Highway 81 <br /> near Oxbow. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD REPAIR ANNUAL DISBURSEMENTS, Tower City, Mapleton, Reile's Acres <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> payments of road and street repair funds to Tower City for <br /> $484.00; Mapleton for $1,362.00; and Reile's Acres for <br /> $455.00. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
