Schepp, Joyce H.

From: Berndt, Keith D.
Sent: Monday, October 31,20055:33 AM
To: Schepp, Joyce H.; Vanyo, Darrell; Sieg, Rich S
Subject: RE: See attached letter re: over dimension vehicle regulations

I'd recommend either one of two things here:

1 - grant their request
OR

2 - Co 1! f:om West Fargo to Harwood i~ a concrete section that could sustain reasonable well with no spring
load restnctlons. That would solve IBI's dilemma and be consistent to other haulers.

Keith

SUGGESTED MOTION:
Move to grant the request of Industrial Builders, Inc. relating to the over-dimension vehicle
regulations overweight fee schedule

OR

Move to omit that portion of County Road 17 from Highway 10 north to Harwood from the
annual spring load limit resolution since this is a concrete section of road that could sustain
reasonably well with no spring load restrictions and such action would be consistent to other
haulers.

10/31/2005
