MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to adopt <br /> RESOLUTION ~1990-7 AUTHORIZING CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, <br /> TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A SUPPLEMENTAL BOND TRUST INDENTURE <br /> RELATING TO SAID COUNTY'S CATHOLIC HEALTH CORPORATION <br /> SEMIANNUAL TENDER REVENUE BONDS (RIVERVIEW PLACE, INC. <br /> PROJECT), SERIES 1986 AND ATTACHED SUPPLEMENTAL BOND TRUST <br /> INDENTURE.
