Comm, Minutes--July 3, 1990 481 REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMHISSIONERS JULY 3, 1990 MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members present as follows: Oscar Sondrall, A'lon Wieland, Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene Shannon. MINUTES APPROVED NOTION, passed Hrs. Toussaint moved and Hr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Hotion carried. OFFICER'S REPORTS, Received and file~ NOTION, passed Hr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondral] seconded to receive and file Officer's Reports for Hay, 1990. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. PLEDGE OF ASSETS, Approved NOTION, passed Hr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the Pledge of Assets dated June 21, 1990. On roil ca]] vote, the motion carried unanimously. REAPPOINTNENTS, West Fargo Plann~nR & Zon~nR Commission, Cass County Housing Authority, and cemetery Authority NOTION, passed Hr. Wieland moved and Hr. Sondra11 seconded to reappoint Katr~na Doll ~o West Fargo Planning and Zoning Commission; Roger D. Larson to Cass County Housing Authority; Alton Johnson and Oscar Sondra11 to Cemetery Authority. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. SHERIFF'S DEPARTHENT, Ou~ of state trays].. NOTION, passed Hr. Wieland moved and Hr. Sondra11 seconded to approve out of state travel for Lt. Arland Rasmussen to Kansas City, Missouri on July 10-11, 1990· On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. HAPLE RIVER BRIDGE STRUCTURE, Approval to sign contrac~ NOTION, passed Hr. W~eland moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign a contract ~or the Haple River bridge structure. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. AGENDA AHENDED Mr. Shannon requested to amend the agenda to include discussion on the Federal CRP Grasshopper Control Cost Share Program. Hearing no objections, the item was added to the agenda.
