On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Chairman Shannon read a letter from Julie Kay Henderson <br />expressing appreciation for assistance she has received in <br />her role as reporter for the Cass County Reporter from <br />Commission secretary Joyce Schepp. <br /> <br />ROAD REPAIR FUNDS, Letter on d~stribution of potholq fund <br />A letter received today just prior to the meeting from Sonja Kosler <br />regarding distribution of pothole funds and the 10 mill levy will be <br />received and filed at the next meeting. <br /> <br />DETOX, GARRISON DIVERSION, Topics discussed at recent COG meeting <br />Mr. Shannon referred to minutes of a meeting of the Metropolitan <br />Council of Governments held about a month ago at which time he <br />suggested discussing the detox issue but there was no interest on the <br />part of Fargo's COG constituents.
