Hinutes--April 17, 1990 452 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />April 17, 1990 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, Don Eckert, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Granted to Holiday Inn MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> request for a special event permit for the Holiday Inn to <br /> serve alcoholic beverages at Bonanzaville on June 13, 1990. <br /> On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Embden Community Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> application for a raffle permit for the Embden Community <br /> Club on June 1, 8, 15, 22, 27, 1990 at Embden. On roll <br /> call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Four Corn~E~_~ldlife Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> application for a raffle permit for Four Corners Wildlife <br /> Club on June 25, 1990 at the Senior Citizens Center in <br /> Embden. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR SITE AUTHORIZATION, MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve a <br /> site authorization permit for the F-M Community Theatre to <br /> conduct games of chance at The Windbreak. On roll call <br /> vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />StJERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Out of state travel MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> travel for Sheriff employees Arland Rasmussen and Budd <br /> Warren to attend the North Central Crime Conference Hay 15.- <br /> 17 in Winnipeg, Canada. The cost is in the Sheriff's 1990 <br /> budget.
