Wieland moved and Hr. Sondrall seconded to authorize <br /> the County Engineer to hire seasonal workers at pay grades <br /> to be established by himself and the Personnel Director <br /> according to the policy adopted on this date, and that the <br /> salaries not exceed the budgeted amount of $60,200.
