Comm. -Hinutes--February 6, 1990 419 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 6, 1990 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Oscar Sondra]'l, Alon Wieland, Don Eckert, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint, and Gene Shannon. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes <br /> of the previous meetings of January 16 and January 25, <br /> 1990, be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />OFFICER'S REPORTS, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondra]] moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive <br /> and file Officer's reports for December, 1989· On roi] <br /> ca]] vote, the motion carried unanimous]y. <br /> <br />COURT TRANSFER CASES, A~reements with Fargo and West Fargo <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondra]] moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> Chairman be authorized to sign agreements with Fargo and <br /> West Fargo for the disposition of fees on transfer of <br /> municipal court cases to Cass County Court as prepared by <br /> the States Attorney after consultation with the County <br /> Court Judges. On roil ca]] vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimous]y. <br /> <br />SALE OF LOT, Qity of Kindred <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> City of Kindred be allowed to purchase a tract of ]and <br /> described as ail except the west 40' of Lot 5 and ail of <br /> Lot 6, Block 2, Original, from the 1989 delinquent tax. sale <br /> list; and that the Board of County Commissioners cancel <br /> genera] taxes in the amount of $899.91 for the years 1984 <br /> through 1989. On roil ca]] vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />BIDS FOR ELECTION SUPPLIES, Awarded to Knight Printinq <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondra]] moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> County accept the bid of Knight Printing Company for 1990 <br /> election supplies, as recommended by the County Auditor. <br /> On roil ca]] vote, the motion carried unanimous]y. <br /> <br />BEER LICENSE FOR 1990, Red River Valley Fair Association <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondra]] moved and Mrs. loussaint seconded to approve <br /> a 1990 County beer license for the Red River Valley Fair <br /> Association. On roil ca]] vote, the motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
