Hinutes--Dec. 5, 1989 393 <br /> <br />Fargo City Commission has published the resolution and believes it <br />will be adopted after next reading at the January 15, 1990, City <br />Commission meeting. He requested that the money which Cass County <br />budgeted for the North Broadway bridge for 1989 and 1990 be submitted <br />to him. The States Attorney has reviewed the documents. MOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Wie]and moved and Hr. Sondra]] seconded to authorize <br /> expenditure of the 1989 and 1990 budget funds for the North <br /> 8roadway bridge, to be paid in January, 1990. On roil ca]] <br /> vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />25. POLICY ON SICK LEAVE/HOLIDAY SCHEDULE, Comment received <br />During the required posting time on proposed personnel policy <br />changes, a letter was received from employee Jim Thoreson on the <br />proposed policy change in the holiday schedule and the sick leave <br />policy. The Commission will take final action on the policy at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />26.
