Minutes--September 25, 1989 345 MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and seconded by Mr. Shannon to add $12,500 for airlock, deduct $10,000 from electricity, deduct $300 from operational supplies, deduct $1,000 from fuel, and to approve the Building and Grounds budget of $429,809.99. Motion carried. 8. PERSONNEL, Budget approved MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to adopt the Personnel Budget with the change of $500 from education seminars to a new line item for newsletters. Motion carried. 9. DATA PROCESSING, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by Mr. Wieland and seconded by Mr. Sondra11 to approve the Data Processing budget as amended for a total of $601,453.56. Motion carried. 10. AUDITOR, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by MT. Shannon and seconded by Mrs. Toussaint to adopt the Auditor's budget. Motion carried. 11. AUDITOR, Elections MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to adopt the Auditor's election budget as listed. Motion carried. 12. TREASURER, Budget approved MOTION, passed · Motion by Mr. Shannon and seconded by Mr. Sondra11 to adopt the Treasurer's budget. Motion carried. 13. REGISTER OF DEEDS, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by Mrs. Toussaint and seconded by Mr. Shannon to adopt the Register of Deeds budget. Motion carried. 14. TAX DIRECTOR, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by Mr. Wieland and seconded by Hr. Sondrall to adopt the Tax Director's budget. Motion carried. 15. PLANNING, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by Mr. Wieland and seconded by Mrs. Toussaint to adopt the Planning Department budget as amended for a total of $53,831.62. Motion carried. 16. SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS, Budget approved MOTION, passed Motion by Mr. Shannon and seconded to adopt the County Superintendent of School's budget as amended for a total of $51,852.04, with a notation that the office has access to the Tax Director's computer on a share basis. Motion carried.
