Comm. Minutes--July 18, 1989 296 <br /> <br />16. JAIL ADVISORY COMMITTEE, Out of state travel allowed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> MK. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondral] seconded to allow the <br /> Sheriff's Department to set up one or two possible tours, <br /> at a total cost not to exceed $1,500 including <br /> transportation to be paid from the Contingency Fund, for <br /> members of the Cass County Jail Advisory Committee and any <br /> Commissioners that wish to accompany them. On roll ca]] <br /> vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />17. COURTHOUSE SOUTH WING, Rental of space to Atty. Gen. Office <br />Mr. Eckert reported that the States Attorney has revised the ]ease <br />agreement with the North Dakota Attorney Genera'l's Office for space <br />in the Courthouse South Wing to include that the County may terminate <br />the ]ease upon a 90-day written cancellation notice in the event the <br />County's space requirements should change during the term of the <br />lease. The contract has not been signed by the County, but has been <br />sent to Bismarck for their approval. <br /> <br />18.
