Minutes--April 4, 1989 218 <br /> <br />7.RESOLUTION, ~99r/Liquor license, R. Zimny <br />Mr. Hoy presented Resolution #1989-3, whereby the owners of the <br />property are ineligible to hold the license themselves or become <br />involved in any manner with the licensee, in this case Robert R. <br />Zimny, or its business other than as specified in the revised lease. <br />Any breach of the foregoing condition shall operate to immediately <br />terminate the license and authority otherwise granted herein. <br /> <br />The Commission tabled a motion last week, which Mr. Shannon stated <br />does not need to be taken from the table. Or the Commission could <br />take it from the table and amend it accordingly. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to <br /> take from the table the motion from the last <br /> meeting on the Zimny Application for Beer and <br /> Liquor Licenses. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to <br />adopt Resolution #1989-3, as set forth by the <br />County's legal counsel, which includes language <br />granting application for County Beer and Liquor <br />Licenses for Robert R. Zimny, R.R.Z., Inc. at the <br />Lower 48, Wild Rice, ND. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8.ROAD DEPARTMENT, Pothole and street repair funds <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Upon the recommendation of County Engineer Don <br /> Richards, Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint <br /> seconded to approve payment of Pothole and Street <br /> Repair Funds to Kindred in the amount of $1,133 <br /> and to Argusville in the amount of $450. On roll <br /> call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9.ROAD ENGINEER, NACE Vice President <br />Don Richards stated that he has been elected Vice President of the <br />North Central Region of the National Association of County Engineers <br />for the next t~4o years. <br /> <br />10.SHERIFF, ~!~posal of used vehicles MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. 8ondrall seconded that <br /> five vehicles listed by the Sheriff be sold and <br /> the funds placed in the County General Fund. On <br /> roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Il.COUNTY FUNDS, To be deposited with County Treasurer <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that <br /> all funds coming into Cass County be deposited <br /> with the County Treasurer in the General Fund in <br /> accordance with the North Dakota Century Code 11- <br /> 14-06.
