Minutes--April 4, 1989 225 <br /> <br />40.NORTH DAKOTA INSURANCE RESERVE FUND, Election MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to <br /> elect Helen Hurly to the Board of Directors of <br /> the North Dakota Insurance Heserve Fund to serve <br /> a term of three years or until a successor is <br /> elected and qualified. Motion carried. <br /> <br />41.BONANZAVILLE, Permission to build Land Office Building <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Hr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to <br /> allow the Cass County Historical Society to build <br /> a Land Office Bank at Bonanzaville, in accordance <br /> with the County policy of granting permission for <br /> new structures or additions at Bonanzaville or <br /> the Fairgrounds. Motion carried. <br /> <br />42.POLICY ON OVERTIME, ~gports received <br />Overtime reports were received for the month of March from the <br />Auditor, Treasurer, Sheriff and Social Services departments.
