187 Based upon information which the County Auditor's Office received in a telephone conversation with the Attorney General's Office, Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve the amended Site Authorization Permit for F-M Community Theatre to increase the number of Black Jack tables from three to four at the Windbreak Lounge. Motion carried. Upon the request of Sheriff Don Rudnick, Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign salary and pay grade forms for Michelle Boucher in Pay Grade 12 at a salary of $1,603 per month and her status to change from part time to full time; and for Paul Honl from Pay Grade 12 to Pay Grade 13 at a salary of $2,042 per month for his promotion to the rank of sergeant. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. A memo was received from the Secretary of the Water Resource Districts. requesting a breakfast meeting between the County Commissioners and the directors of the four water resource districts in Cass County. The date of March 21 was suggested by the Commission. Mrs. Toussaint requested reconsideration of the motion concerning changing the Commission meeting dates. She moved and seconded by Mr. Shannon to amend the motion to read that the agenda deadline be ten days prior to the meeting date, instead of the deadline being Thursday following the regular meeting date. This would eliminate the length of time which Mr. Eckert was concerned with. In answer to a question by County Auditor Ordelle Brua, it was noted that the agenda would still be published in "The Forum" on the Saturday before the meeting. Motion carried. Legislative issues were discussed. Upon the recommendation of County Court Judges Frank Racek and Georgia Dawson, Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the hiring of Kent Schwab as a part time probation officer at a gross monthly salary Of $872.72 plus whatever benefits would be associated with the position. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Judge Frank Racek reported that he was nominated chairman of the personnel policy review committee ~hich consists of two Commissioners, four department heads, and six employees. He stated that three subcommittees were formed with Don Richards to chair a subcommittee on personnel changes, Robert Hoy to chair a subcommittee on wages and pay grades, and Mike Montplaisir to chair a subcommittee on fringe benefits. Mr. Eckert asked what aspects the wage and pay grade committee will be working on and if it will be in conflict with the report from Bob Black of Eide Helmeke Company. Judge Racek stated that there are specific recommendations in Mr. Black's report for the committee to review and determine which should be given priority and which should be accepted or amended.
