161 <br /> <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve out of <br />state travel for Mark Boening to a seminar in Minneapolis, Minnesota, <br />on December 2nd mnd 3rd. Motion cmrried. The Chairman stated that <br />he gave verbal approval for this after the meeting last week. <br /> <br /> Overtime reports for November were received from Social Services <br />Community Survival Program, County Auditor's Office, and the County <br />Sheriff's Office. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sondrall asked if the Commission intends to take motion on <br />the comments received from County department heads on 1989 salary <br />adjustments. Mr. Eckert stated that a number of them asked for the <br />final report from Mr. Bob Black of Eide Helmeke Company. Mr. Black <br />is doing some reviews this week on various departments, and he may <br />have a final report next week. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sondrall asked when appointments will be made for the terms <br />which are expiring December 31, 1988, on various boards; and <br />Mr. Eckert stated that a determination was made last week to place <br />them on the December 20th agenda. <br /> <br /> On motion by.
