Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Stanton was requested to inform her that the road is scheduled <br />for re-shaping this year. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to receive and file <br />a letter from Assistant States Attorney Keith Reisenauer, dated <br />May 16, 1988, regarding State of North Dakota vs. Carl Aabye. Motion <br />carried. Copies will be provided to each Oommissioner. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to adopt Resolution <br />~1988-15 giving approval to the North Dakota Centennial celebration <br />activities outlined by the Cass County Centennial Commission. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to appoint Commission <br />member Alon Wieland to the Cass County Canvassing 8card for the <br />Primary Election, in place of Chairman Don Eckert.
