62 REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY 10, 1988 Chairman Don Eckert called the meeting to order with ali members present as follows: Jeannette Stanton, Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, Ray Larson and Don Eckert. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved with the inclusion of the fact that the Social Services Director did not conform to what the County Commission requested him to do in the Minutes of March 29, 1988, for filling the position of Accountant I. Motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant the request for a Site Authorization Permit for the F-M Community Theatre to conduct games of chance at the Windbreak Lounge for the period of July 1, 1988 through June 50, 1989. Motion carried. Mr. Arnie Pauls, newly appointed Secretary-Treasurer of the Cass County Historical Society, presented proposals as requested by the County Commission from three Certified Public Accountants. The Chairman referred the matter to Oommissioners Wieland and Larson for a recommendation in two weeks. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Storm Leave Policy, as was posted for the past 15 days, be adopted and made a part of the County's Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Wieland seconded employees who worked during the last declared straight time as payment or compensatory time. the motion carried unanimously. that several County storm day be allowed On roll call vote, Regarding a request for an approach on County Road ~4 near Arthur, Mr. Wieland suggested that the request be made in writing and this would give the Commission an opportunity to discuss it with the County Engineer. Upon the request of the Office of Attorney General, Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the necessary documents for the rental agreement for office space in the Courthouse South Wing for a 2-year period at the same rate as they are presently paying. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Concerning overtime extra duty, requested to provide further information extra duty events. Sheriff Don Rudniok was on income and expenses for Mrs location present carried.
