62 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />MAY 10, 1988 <br /> <br /> Chairman Don Eckert called the meeting to order with ali members <br />present as follows: Jeannette Stanton, Oscar Sondrall, Alon Wieland, <br />Ray Larson and Don Eckert. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved with the inclusion of the fact that <br />the Social Services Director did not conform to what the County <br />Commission requested him to do in the Minutes of March 29, 1988, for <br />filling the position of Accountant I. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant the <br />request for a Site Authorization Permit for the F-M Community Theatre <br />to conduct games of chance at the Windbreak Lounge for the period of <br />July 1, 1988 through June 50, 1989. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mr. Arnie Pauls, newly appointed Secretary-Treasurer of the Cass <br />County Historical Society, presented proposals as requested by <br />the County Commission from three Certified Public Accountants. The <br />Chairman referred the matter to Oommissioners Wieland and Larson <br />for a recommendation in two weeks. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Storm Leave <br />Policy, as was posted for the past 15 days, be adopted and made a <br />part of the County's Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Wieland seconded <br />employees who worked during the last declared <br />straight time as payment or compensatory time. <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> that several County <br />storm day be allowed <br /> On roll call vote, <br /> <br /> Regarding a request for an approach on County Road ~4 near <br />Arthur, Mr. Wieland suggested that the request be made in writing <br />and this would give the Commission an opportunity to discuss it with <br />the County Engineer. <br /> <br /> Upon the request of the Office of Attorney General, Mr. Larson <br />moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Chairman be authorized to <br />sign the necessary documents for the rental agreement for office <br />space in the Courthouse South Wing for a 2-year period at the same <br />rate as they are presently paying. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Concerning overtime extra duty, <br />requested to provide further information <br />extra duty events. <br /> <br />Sheriff Don Rudniok was <br />on income and expenses for <br /> <br /> Mrs <br />location <br />present <br />carried. <br /> <br /> Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to authorize the <br /> of a jail donated to 8onanzaville to be placed between the <br />Law Enforcement Museum and the Airplane Museum.
