A presentation was made by Attorney Jerry
Nilles, representing Riverview Place, Inc. requesting a tax
exemption for the reason that they feel it is an institution of
public charity. He asked if Robert Hoy had an opportunity to review
some additional exhibits, and Mr. Hoy had not. Because of this and
due to the large number of agenda items scheduled on this date,
Chairman Eckert suggested to resohedule this matter on the
Commission agenda for next Tuesday.

A hearing was held on Application for Abatement and Settlement
of 'Taxes submitted by Often 8rodshaug.
