This road is also a fire route for Davenport., Kindred, Leonard and Casselton fire <br />departments. Hwy. 16 is WI Ambulance route for the Kindred volunteer ambulance and <br />FM Ambulance. <br /> <br />We at Cenel{ Petro Serve - Casselton, felt we would be able to serve our customers in the <br />Davenport, Woods, and Kindred HreH better with the improvement ofCass County #- 16. <br /> <br />The continuation and connection to Hwy. # IS would greatly improve traffic flow in the <br />south half of the county. At present there is no hard surface east-west connection in southern Casso <br />initiatives have been started in past years, and even partial grading has been accomplished. <br /> <br />We greatly support this effort. <br /> <br />Cenex Petro Serve..
