It continually presents a
significant safety hazard especially for the Kindred and
Cassel ton school buses. This road is also a fire route for
Davenport, Kindred, Leonard and casselton fire departments.
County 16 is an Ambulance route for Kindred and Cassel ton
volunteer ambulance and FM Ambulance. We also notice this
road deterioration I as we have clients that we service in thl~
area.

The continuation and connection to HWY 18 would greatly
improve traffic flow in the south half of the county. At
present there is no hard surface east-west connection in
souhtern Casso Initiatives have been started in past yearsl
and even partial grading has been accomplished.

We greatly support this effort.

2jCe:elY~U~'1
J~~
asselton Veterinary service
David Calderwood, DVM
