LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Red River Valley & Western Railroad MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file the Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Red River Valley & Western Railroad; and to authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue a duplicate check. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 7. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Federal Aid Proaram for 2006-2007 approved MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the 2006-2007 Federal Aid Program Sheet, as presented by Keith Berndt, County Engineer. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 8. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Approval for The Barnstormer Restaurant MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to ratify approval by the chairman of a special event permit for The Barnstormer Restaurant for bar service at a wedding dance at Bonanzaville, U.S.A. on September 24, 2005. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 9. NORTH DAKOTA STATE FAIR ASSOCIATION, Deleaate to state fair annual meetina MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chairman to appoint a delegate to represent Cass County at the 2005 North Dakota State Fair Association annual meeting scheduled for 1 :00 PM on November 16, 2005, in the Norsk Room of the North Dakota State Fair Center, Minot, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 10. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Four Corners Wildlife Club MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a raffle permit for the Four Corners Wildlife Club to be held November 21, 2005, at the Embden Senior Center in Embden, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 11. CONTRACT APPROVAL, City of Kindred: City of West Farao: The Nordick Group, Inc. MOTION, passed Mr. Bennett moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. City of Kindred-Construction and maintenance agreement for Kindred Truck Route; City of West Fargo and Cass County Government-Cass County Highway 17 Memorandum of Agreement; Storage site lease-Agreement with The Nordick Group, Inc. to lease storage space for election equipment.
