<br />-', ~ <br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION J~LLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERiNG PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael rvIorrtplaisir, has audited and the <br />d.epartment~'have approved the roi/owing c1aims against th~ County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that t18 said <br />County AudITor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himseif that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the'County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following biHs and ciaims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followln,g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein-indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The ~?ove and foregoing respiution was OfffJfSd at regu!ar)J1esting of the <br />Co~ty Commissioners held on the Iqth day or 0~ ~ by Commissioner <br />~lL\'Y) , who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commj~sion~r <br />ll{\~O ' and adopted by the fotlowing vote: <br /> <br />./ ". <br />Ayes: V ,- <br />Nays: r <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the reso[ution was duly dedared adopted. <br /> <br />.
