<br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE <br />The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering the adoption of an ordinance <br />to set hours for the retail sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within Cass <br />County. The purpose of the ordinance is to extend the possible closing hour to 2:00 <br />a.m., as allowed by state law. First reading of the ordinance was held August 15, <br />2005. Second reading and adoption is scheduled for September 19, 2005 at a <br />meeting of the Cass County Board of Commissioners beginning at 3:30 PM in the <br />Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota. <br /> <br />PUBLISH IN LEGAL ADVERTISING: August 29,2005 <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to adopt Ordinance #2005-5 extending the possible closing time to 2:00 AM, as <br />allowed by State law, for the retail sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within <br />Cass County. <br />
