City of Fargo 2003 mosquito control agreement; North Dakota Highway Patrol for grant funding in the amount of $7,000 to pay for overtime for the enforcement of underage liquor violations; application for low flying aircraft waiver required by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) to Airborne Custom Spraying, Halstad, Minnesota.
