This grant is 100% <br />federal funds and requires no local match. The grant is to pay <br />for overtime accrued to address underage liquor violations. <br /> <br />I would ask that the commission approve this grant award and <br />authorize the chair to sign a contract with the State of North <br />Dakota. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />"Move to authorize the chair to sign the agreement with <br />the State of North for enforcement of underage liquor <br />violations." <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Donald J.
