Withdraw purchase order for Highway Department equipment, Vector Control, until a future <br /> meeting <br /> <br />Contract approval--add Sheriff's Department and Highway Department contracts <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department heads, <br />subject to State's Attorney approval: <br /> <br />North Dakota Highway Patrol for grant funding in the amount of $7,000 to pay for <br />overtime for the enforcement of underage liquor violations; <br />application for Iow flying aircraft waiver required b y t he F AA (Federal Aviation <br />Administration) to Airborne Custom Spraying, Halstad, Minnesota, to spray <br />mosquitoes in those rural subdivisions outside the Fargo or West Fargo city limits <br />but within 2-3 miles of the city limits. <br /> <br />M:\MINUTES\Comm2003~,MEND7-7AGN.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
