<br />Commission Minutes--September 6, 2005 2972 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />SEPTEMBER 6, 2005 <br /> <br />1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER <br />Vice Chairman Vern Bennett called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with members present <br />as follows: Scott Wagner, Vern Bennett, Ken Pawluk, Robyn Sorum, and Darrell Vanyo <br />via speaker phone. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Robyn Sorum led the Pledge of Allegiance at this time. <br /> <br />3. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that the minutes of the last <br />regular meeting held August 15,2005 and minutes of the August 18 and <br />August 19, 2005 budget meetings be approved as written. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />4. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda as printed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. WEST FARGO ANNEXATION, Darrell Vanyo appointed to participate in mediation <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to appoint the Cass County <br />Commission Chairman, Darrell Vanyo, to participate in the West Fargo <br />annexation mediation to be held September 29, 2005, at 9:00 AM at West <br />Fargo City Hall. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. PLAT APPROVAL, Bison View First and Second Additions; developer's aareement <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to grant final plat approval <br />for Bison View First and Second Additions in Section 33, Township 137N, <br />Range 51W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to authorize the chairman to <br />sign a developer's agreement with Lyle Andvik for Bison View First and <br />Second Additions, subject to state's attorney review and approval. On <br />roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7. OMITTED ASSESSMENTS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to add Lot 35 Block 3, <br />Legacy I 1st Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2005 in <br />the amount of $84,100, according to notice sent from the county auditor <br />to Gerald Ranum and Angie Vanderbusch, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
