Souc¥, P.E. <br />Design and Construction <br />Supervisor <br /> <br />I request that the Commission authorize the chair to sign the enclosed <br />agreement. SE Cass Water Resource District has an ongoing <br />improvement effort of Drain 10 which serves north Fargo and nearby rural <br />areas. The improvements necessitate replacing an existing culvert at <br />Drain 10 where it crosses Cass Highway 31. SE Cass has requested 40% <br />County participation. The highway budget included $100,000 for this <br />purpose. SE Cass currently estimates Highway Department costs for this <br />project between $160,000 and $240,000.
