(Mr. Klein said the correct amount of increase for the City of Harwood is 5% instead of the 10% in his letter). He is also recommending some individual increases in the City of Alice, rather than a percentage adjustment. In the normal course of review, he may have other recommendations for individual changes and requested authorization to send notices of increase to the affected individuals so they could have a chance for an appeal.
