This does not give the SherifFs Office much use when you figure in the time
and distance we travel to the communities.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation is willing to give the Cass County Sheriff's
Office a grant, not to exceed $7,650.00, for the purchase of a Galaxy RT50 Display Radar
Trailer which requires no matching funds from Cass County.

Sample Motion:

"Move to authorize the chairman to sign the contract with the NDDOT. for grant
funding for a Galaxy RT50 Display Radar Trailer to be used by the sheriffs office
and approve the necessary budget adjustments."

Respectfully,

Lieutenant Mike Argall
211 9th St. S.
