This is to notify you that Cass <br />County does intend on sending a representative to the mediation in this <br />matter, now scheduled for September 29, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. at the West <br />Fargo City Hall. I anticipate that one of the Cass County Commissioners, <br />or other designee, will attend the mediation. That person will be named <br />at a later date and you will be supplied with that name. Until that time, let <br />me suggest that any further correspondence regarding this matter be <br />submitted to the Cass County Commission, Darryl Vanyo - Chair, P.O. <br />Box 2806, Fargo, ND 58108-2806.
