Storslee is apparently the <br />mediator in this matter. The notice indicates that the mediation of the <br />annexation dispute will occur on September 29,2005 at the West Fargo <br />City Hall. For your additional information, I am enclosing copies of North <br />Dakota Century Code 40-51.2-05 and -07.1. You'll notice that under <br />North Dakota Century Code 40-51.2-07.1, the county, among others, may <br />be represented at the mediation. <br /> <br />I am forwarding the enclosure to you for whatever action you may <br />deem appropriate as Chair of the Commission. If you have any questions <br />or require any further input from me, then please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br />Encl. as stated <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to appoint Darrell Vanyo, Chairman of the Cass County Commission, to participate in the West <br />Fargo annexation mediation to be held September 29,2005, at 9:00 AM at West Fargo City Hall. <br />
