Nonstructural: <br /> <br />Ae <br /> <br />Develop a Long-Term BMP Inspection and Maintenance Program <br />The Cass County Engineer's Office, in close cooperation with the city of Fargo <br />will assist in developing a long-term inspection and repair program to maintain <br />the effectiveness ofpostconstruction storm water control BMPs. All BMPs will be <br />inspected for continued effectiveness and structural integrity at regular inspection <br />intervals. The inspector shall document whether the BMP is performing correctly, <br />note any damage to the BMP since the last inspection, and effect any repairs to <br />the BMP if damage has occurred. <br /> <br />Measurable Goals: <br />$ Number of problems that were identified and remedied. <br />$ Change in the proportion of BMPs that are maintained as a result of inspection <br /> and maintenance. <br />$ Whether or not an inventory of BMPs requiring maintenance was completed <br /> and is regularly updated. <br /> <br />Partner: <br />City of Fargo <br /> <br />Responsible Department: <br />Cass County Engineer's Office <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Develop Ordinances for Controlling Postconstruction Runoff <br />All of the Cass County storm water conveyances within the urbanized area lie <br />within the extraterritorial zoning authority of the city of Fargo. In accordance with <br />NDCC Chapter 40-47, City Zoning, ordinance development and enforcement <br />activities will be under the jurisdiction of the city of Fargo. <br /> <br />Measurable Goals: <br />$ The development and implementation of any regulatory mechanisms required <br /> by this BMP will be conducted by the city of Fargo.
