Qualifications <br /> <br />Prairie Public Broadcasting, Inc. has extensive experience in the production and <br />distribution of programs and web-based materials like those described in the scope of <br />work. Prairie Public Broadcasting, Inc. was established in 1964 and has received many <br />national and regional awards for its program productions. <br /> <br />By opinion of counsel, Prairie Public Broadcasting, Inc. is "duly organized .... relative to <br />the Constitution." <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />The schedule of broadcast programs covers a period of 12 months following grant <br />approval. If schedule changes become necessary we will discuss them with the grantor. <br /> <br />By providing market and management information to farmers, looking at new trends in <br />economic development, and inspiration for communities trying to create opportunity for <br />young people, this project will make an important contribution to the development and <br />revitalization of rural North Dakota. <br /> <br />9 January 13, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
