<br />The table below outlines the cost estimates to implement such a system at the <br />Courthouse. A duplicate system of similar configuration and cost would have to be installed at <br />the Highway Department if the Commission desires to have additional public meetings at that <br />location broadcast to Cableone. <br /> <br />Video equipment and installation: <br />Furniture: <br />Cabling installation: <br />Total Equipment Estimates <br /> <br />$19,500 <br />$ 1,000 <br />$ 1.500 <br />$22,000 <br /> <br />In addition to the equipment costs, a video operator would have to be hired to operate the <br />equipment during the meetings. We would utilize a pool of operators currently contracted by the <br />City of Fargo for their meetings.
