<br />SWC Project No. 1751-06 <br />June 28, 2005 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT II <br />to the <br />Agreement for Cost Participation by the <br />North Dakota State Water Commission in the <br />Digital Aerial Survey Phase I and II Hydraulic Analysis and Mapping Project <br /> <br />The intent of amendment II is to amend section "2. INTENT" and section "9. TERM" of the <br />agreement dated July 30, 2002, and amendment I dated July 8, 2004, between the North Dakota <br />State Water Commission and the Cass County Commission. This amendment II changes the <br />contractual provisions of the agreement in accordance with section "11. MERGER". <br /> <br />2. INTENT. The $17,325 granted by the State Engineer to the County on June <br />24, 2002, and carried over to the 2005-2007 biennium, will be utilized for the County's <br />Digital Aerial Survey Phase I and II Hydraulic Analysis and Mapping Project (Project). <br /> <br />9. TERM.
